KL Children Chorus (klcocc)

The KLCCOC program provides children aged 6-15 an appreciation of opera through story-telling, handicraft, music rehearsals and participation in an actual opera production. 

An exciting workshop which not only enhances the appreciation for opera but participants will also be trained in music theory, sight-singing, acting and theatre stagecraft.

The classes are conducted by Kodaly trained mezzo soprano and vocal teacher, YiLing Chaing and early childhood speech and drama teacher Natalie Makulin, who are assisted by Lim Ke Sin and Kellvin Loo.

KLCOCC Term 1 2024

KLCCOC is conducted from 1pm-3pm every Saturday starting on 13th January 2024. The course fee is RM300 per month.
Fees: RM300 (Siblings get 20% off!)
Registration fee of RM20 for new students.

Artist development program (ADP)

KLCO's Artist Development Program (ADP) seeks to provide local artists an opportunity to hone their skills and deepen their knowledge in the art of vocal performance. Led by coach and répétiteur Dr. Bernard Tan, the ADP provides a platform for singers to explore performing art songs and operatic arias through focused group sessions and one-to-one coaching sessions.
